With 25 years of expertise, he played a pivotal role in shaping strategy, business process reengineering, CRM, and data analytics practices. Marc’s leadership was instrumental in steering Accenture’s global Financial Services CRM practice and EMEA CRM cross-industry practice. Notably, he contributed to crafting Accenture’s perspective on High-Performance Marketing and Loyalty. Currently, Marc serves as the investment director for SVK Crypto, a venture capital fund specializing in Web 3.0 startups, where he continues to leverage his extensive industry knowledge to drive strategic investments and foster innovation in emerging technologies.
